Small Business Britain and Lloyds are proud to offer this mentoring programme created with and for Disabled, d/Deaf and neurodivergent founders.
Every mentor has lived experience of disability – meaning you’ll be supported by someone who gets it. Your mentor will work with you to address the barriers you may face and to boost the strength and creativity you bring.
You’ll be matched with a mentor and together, you’ll explore the opportunities ahead of you and work through challenges with practical business support and guidance.
The programme includes two free one hour online mentoring sessions, held within the same month. Your sessions are tailored to what you need most right now, whether that’s building confidence, working through a business challenge, or thinking about your next steps.
Alongside practical support, we hope the mentoring leaves you feeling more confident, energised and ambitious. We’ll ask how you’re feeling before and after your sessions to help us understand the programme’s impact and ensure that it’s meeting your needs.
We’ll also check in with you nine weeks later to hear what’s changed, the actions you’ve taken, the progress you’ve made, and any new opportunities that have opened up since your sessions.
While we match you with your mentor, head over to Lloyds Bank’s Disability Means Business hub to explore a range of free resources and support.
