Neurodivergent Entrepreneurship in the UK

Neurodivergent Entrepreneurship in the UK

Presented by The LILAC Centre, in partnership with Lloyds Bank and eBay.

At the LILAC Centre, we believe every neurodivergent entrepreneur deserves the chance to thrive.

In partnership with Lloyds Bank and eBay, we are exploring the experiences of neurodivergent founders across the UK to better understand the barriers they face when starting, trading and growing their businesses.

Through lived-experience insight, research and collaboration, this work aims to highlight the challenges neurodivergent entrepreneurs encounter, from financial access to digital tools, confidence, networks and support. Our research will identify what needs to change to create a more inclusive entrepreneurial environment.
